SHIPPING POLICY
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
Please allow 6–10 weeks for your order to be produced, processed, and shipped. This timeline includes:
• Order window closing
• Manufacturer production
• Quality control & packaging
• Final shipping to you
Once your item is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping time and fees vary by location. Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At L’AIJE, we want every piece you wear to feel like the one. But if something doesn’t work out, we make returns simple.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. We only process returns for refunds — easy and straightforward.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from your order date to return an item for a full refund.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition you received them
• Free of damage, stains, or odors
• Returned in original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered
Return Process
A prepaid return label is included in your original package. Simply re-pack your item, attach the label, and drop it off at the appropriate carrier. No printing, no
stress.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
